Blue Monday/ Met Monday or A different look for the living room.

Actually, the walls are painted a butter cookie, so it's more like blue and yellow my favorite colors. I looked for months and months for a denim sofa //love seat with a cottage feel. I finally found them on Craig's List. They were like new and the owner said they were in a room that was seldom used. I only paid $200, for the couch and chair.

The Before: Blue sectional and blue chair, the couch just didn't fit the room. Plus, it was tired and worn. We were going to buy new, until I stumbled onto that deal! (click on any pic to enlarge)

I think they fit the room so much better and what a deal! They are very well made by A Southern Furniture Company based out of North Carolina. If I feel like changing everything in a few years, I won't have guilt over the cost. Plus, I just love a bargain and that's part of the fun!

The plaid chair was also a Craig's List find. Similar situation, barely used. All told, I spent only $400 for the couch and 2 chairs.
