It's a Blizzard out there!

The view outside my window today.  We are just getting hammered with snow!  It's blowing, drifting and becoming a blizzard!

Hubby is going to go out and plow in this shortly.  That is if he can find the road!  hehe.

My front porch is just covered!  We certainly will have a very white Christmas!

It's been snowing since midnight and it's still going strong!  I would say we have about 10 inches already!

My little snow angel is visiting me and I think a nice cozy fire and a cup of hot chocolate is in order.

Take Care and Have a lovely weekend,
Cindy

  2. Stay warm and enjoy the time at home....we are freezing here in Colorado, but no snow yet. Going to run the rest of my errands tonight with the hubby, so if the weather turns in the next few days, I don't have to go to the market! Merry Christmas!

  13. Hi Cindy,
I love your little snow angel...what a sweet heart! Oh my ...you're sure getting hit up there with lots of snow and wind. We were supposed to have rain then snow and high winds..the only thing we got and still have is the wind and cold but NO SNOW. Oh well...hubby works nights this weekend so it's just as well since he's got about 25 miles to get to work and a lot of it is on quiet country roads. Stay warm and safe and enjoy your Sunday..
    Maura :)

  17. Cindy- Darn you anyway! Couldn't you keep that snow to yourself? We just started getting that same front about 4 hours ago. My kids drove home with the 3 little girls from Milwaukee and it took them about 4 hours to get home (usually a 90 min. trip). I was glad to hear that they got home safe and sound.

Loving that sweet little baby you got for company! Hugs-Diana+

  18. Thank you for the lovely snow pictures! We're still waiting for the snow to come, it doesn't feel much like Christmas without it.

  19. This is just beyond my imagination. Last year it snowed here just enough to cover the ground and we were all estatic!!! It doesn't snow often (and then very little) here in south GA! I think I would like it for a little while but I really don't think I want to live in it all the time. It is beautiful, though! Enjoy!

  25. We only have a small amount of snow so far (can't see the ground anymore) but the winds are just howling, and what snow there is, is blowing sideways.
