Hi Friends,
On this day of love would you please share some love with a fellow blogger and friend of mine.
Dawn of Dawnies Life If by the Sea is currently in the fight of her life. She has stage 4 breast cancer and could use our prayers, comments and encouragement!
If would like to read more about her current struggle please follow this link.
I love blogging for many reasons. The friendship, the creativity and projects, the parties but most of all the ability for all of us to reach out to a fellow blogger in need!
Dawn celebrated her 54th birthday a few days ago. So let's wish her a belated happy birthday too!
Dawn also lives in Wisconsin and though we are on opposite sides of the state, there is still a bond!
Wishing you all a Happy Valentine's Day! And remember to cherish your loved ones and family, for what could possibly be more important in this life.

Thank you Cindy, means the world to me. I'm newly diagnosed end of Sept, Stage 4 breast cancer, spread to my bones...and the pain..well lets just say I pray i never feel that again. Currently in hormone treatment and doing ok. I'm on medical leave from my job-and will not go back. Just waiting for the right day to terminate. I would like to offer my condolences to anyone who has a loved one that has passed from cancer. I truly was not aware that cancer was this rampant and mean. To all of us fighters..I pray for our healing, our peace. Its not a journey I thought I would ever walk, but nonetheless will walk it with dignity and passion for a cure. We are losing to many to this insideous disease.

ReplyDeleteI will definitely pray and will also leave her comment. How sweet of you to do this for Dawn. Friends make life much more bearable when bad things come along. I have a young 34-yr. old friend who just found out she has ovarian cancer. She is a fighter though and I know she will do her best to beat this. Cancer sucks!
