My grand-daughter Addison ready for a picnic and the 4th of July!
She turned 21 months yesterday and she lights up our lives.
I found her little dress at TJ Maxx. I love the ladybug and the gingham checks.
I had some ladybug ribbon for her hair.
Contemplating her little flags. And speaking of flags, I made a flag pillow the other day.
I saw them on blogs and etsy and thought they were so cute! But they were selling for upwards of $58. so I made my own with scrap fabric and small amount of new, total cost for me $3.50.
It's hotter than heck here just like so much of the country. Our high will be about 103 with a heat index of about 114.

My grand was called Lady Bug from the day she was born, due to her red hair. A big part of her wardrobe has lady bugs on it.

You are blessed with a sweet and beautiful little granddaughter - well, two of them actually. I think it's great that you are able to be there for Addison and Katie Rose and watch her grow day by day. Your pillow is beautiful - looks professional! Perhaps you'd want to start your own Etsy store.

In fact here in Tempe we had 3 hours of steady rain so far today. Heavenly! I am so crazy happy when it rains!

Hi Cindy, Your little angel is just the cutest little sweetie in that dress and ribbon, waving her flags!! She always looks like a happy little girl and she is lucky to have a loving grandma nearby!
